Client Responsibilities (Before Drop-Off)

• Remove Hair & Debris: Brush off excess hair, dirt, and manure; otherwise, extra charges apply.
• Fasten Straps: Secure all buckles, velcro, and tail straps.
• Check Suitability: Ensure items are fit for commercial washing; old/damaged rugs are washed at owner's risk. 
• It is your responsibility to ensure your items are labelled with name and address.

Laundry Service Details

• Washing: Gentle, individual washes with specialised equine detergents.
• Reproofing: Done post-wash using specific reproofing products, but effectiveness depends on rug condition (old, domestic-washed rugs may not fully re-proof).
• Repairs: Performed after washing; cost varies by damage; you'll be contacted for approval on significant repairs. 

Liability & Warranties

• Limited Liability: Service providers aren't liable for damage from existing wear, tears, or improper prior washing (domestic machines/detergents can ruin proofing).
• No Guarantee: 100% waterproof guarantee isn't possible if rugs have rips, holes, or poor fabric condition. 

Key Policies

• Payment: Is required before item return.
• Extra Costs: Expect extra charges for heavily soiled items needing a second wash or significant repairs.
• Turnaround: Varies by season and volume (often around a week).

• Specify if you want repairs or just washing/reproofing.
• Mention if you prefer air or low-temperature tumble drying.
• Note any specific issues or product requirements. 
• Will be sold after 30 days to recoup the cost of our service.
